Made-to-order pieces
As each made-to-order Bowtelle piece is individually prepared, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be assembled and processed before dispatch. This preparation period is separate from the delivery timeframes listed below. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Australian delivery
- Standard delivery: $10 AUD Estimated delivery within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: $15 AUD Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International delivery
- International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note, all delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location or circumstances outside Bowtelle’s control.
Returns
We hope you love your Bowtelle purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right. We offer refunds and exchanges on eligible, full-priced Bowtelle items returned in accordance with the conditions below.
Return timeframe
Australian return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns requested outside this timeframe.
Once your return has been approved, the item must be posted back to us within 7 days. Returns that are not sent within this period may be cancelled.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, tanning products or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Bowtelle reserves the right to decline a change-of-mind return where an item does not meet these conditions.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items to Bowtelle.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Bowtelle cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Where the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Faulty or incorrect items
Our change-of-mind return conditions do not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the issue.
