Made-to-order pieces

As each made-to-order Bowtelle piece is individually prepared, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be assembled and processed before dispatch. This preparation period is separate from the delivery timeframes listed below. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Australian delivery

• Standard delivery: $10 AUD Estimated delivery within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: $15 AUD Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

• International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
